The reason why the admin-on-behalf process couldn't view the customer list No response has been received regarding this issue as it is because there are some invalid photos still a work in progress (WIP). I have been asked to conduct testing for the admin user , which caused a crash while accessing technical team, as I have been informed that the database. Consequently, issue has already been resolved. However, based on my testing results, the process of retrieving the customer list halted. As a temporary workaround, user can utilize remains empty under Admin credentials, including the MO user to do the send on behalf transaction after admin .
