For item 1 and 3 we have fix it. You may check and verify.
For item 2, the access to be able to print out invoice is under admin access. Hence, the edit access is compulsory to print out the invoice. I have allowed edit access in the access control. Do note that although has edit access, user could not edit invoices that has been approved.
