Find out the jumping number is due to duplication issue. The duplication issue was fix and handled by Jia Tian as check with Shan you. It has been fix, however the deleted duplication causing the running number jumping. No solution was proposed to user, as the sales order number already has many new records posted to mysoft.
Inform user on the cause and issue resolved.
