Request 1 & 2 fulfilled. You may proceed to check and verify. Further, please advise if we may proceed to close our ticket.
As for request no 3, it is not necessary to remove as it is just a system master. By default, the system will allow until 5 and user have option to add more level in the page you screenshot.
They only need to maintain the approval flow under user setup and not necessary to remove in the master setup level
