Dear Louise,
We currently at 70% on the progress for this latest master data setup request. Kindly revert on below feedback to proceed further :
1. Customer Master
We noticed that the file provided are not in the correct format. Kindly request customer to fill up the customer master data into our import template. The column highlighted in yellow are compulsory.
1.1. Please note that the customer branch is related to salesman branch. Therefore, if the branch is different, the salesman won’t be able to view the customer in mobile. Hence, kindly ensure the customer branch code and salesman branch code are tally.
1.2. Secondly, there is 2 price code EM and PM as seems like OROMEO pricing are different based on region.
2. Product Master
Despite the file provided did not follow our template, we noticed that our previous setup already complete and tally with customer file. Hence the request to setup is redundant because the product setup is completed previously.
3. User Master
We have complete setup all users. You may request user to check and verify. Further, please advise customer to maintain the supervisor for their users in user module.
In order to do that, customer need to edit the user > click new on the edit page and select the user supervisor.
