Dear Jann,

We create a new form for new datanory customers. However, for the user list, sku list and customer master data we could not use upload features as this form will be shared to external users. Hence those 3 files, customer still need to send separately to sales team.

At the moment, we only automate this form to send an email requesting setup after it was submitted by customer. All the MS form information are sent as attachments in the email. You may refer attached for the sample email.

Please go through and advise if require further improvements. Feel free to filled up the form for testing.
