KYMMSENG - user still facing the internet slow issue
1) Login to bizcare portal and check if the line is still in barred status.
2) Call celcom careline to ask about the barred line.
3) They said that we have outstanding amount RM 10.60 for every number that has been barred. That amount is processing fee for plan change to celcom digi business postpaid 58.
Root cause: Account have outstanding balance.

Elaine report that all salesman tablet have received LINE BARRED message. The internet become slow and can't doing full download.

[12:38, 20/07/2024] Ming Chuan MCC: Hi team, u had settled the outstanding, is billing issue whereby the old number is individual and not under a package, but when dealer move to same package, the original outstanding didn't automatically add to new account. Therefore it show outstanding for all the kymm seng number. I had settle the payment by pay 1 by 1.

[12:40, 20/07/2024] Ming Chuan MCC: Besides, normal celcom center cannot handle corporate line and must go to bluecube.. Just now I go to normal celcom center and they ask me to go bluecube instead.
