Hi @~Leewei, to patch the collection number, kindly refer below steps:

Collection Number Patching:
1. Request user to hold on create collection
2. Upload all the pending collection txn
3. MCC do patching for the collection# at backend

Refresh the correct next Collection running#
1. User to upload all the transactions including (so, return and etc)
2. User to upload database (to store a backup database)
3. User to clear data
4. User download the data to refresh the next collection#
