2) Able to replicate.

Hi @~ElaineKaw, we have a temporary solution for this issue. Users will need to clear their data and redownload. Please ask users to follow these steps:
1. Complete and upload their transaction.
2. Once uploaded, users can click clear data button.
3. After clear data, users need to perform a full download.
Once finish all the steps above, user can check and verify if the issue still persist
User can click the profile icon to find the clear data button. Make sure to upload transaction first before clear data
