KYMMSENG - i have separate sheet that duplicate dms code for same customer. pls help me delete or inactive the duplicate customers without transactions
1) Remove the duplicate customer.
2) Transfer the transaction from removed customer to other customer.
3) Update the person in charge.
Root cause: Customer duplicate.

Hi @Mcc Cris , regarding to the duplicate customer, we will proceed to remove after office hours (6pm). The concern is salesman might be using duplicate customer and at the same time we remove the duplicate customer, hence it will caused error if user click upload.Please align with distributor to upload all transaction before 6PM (or advice suitable time)
During this maintenance (30 mins), Salesman will not allow to do operation at mobile to avoid any data issue.Else need to schedule in weekend
