As we checked from our side there are some transaction is still in pending state
As I have conversation with @leewei that this transaction has did not perform on Create doc Module
Need to check with technical team on this
select * from txn_mobile_check_in where updated_by='23955c75992743f5ac83fffeda3ea2bd' AND check_in_date = '2024-06-12'
As I check in the database the mS7 user has not been check in.

This is bit urgent As I checked in the mobile database I checked under transaction column I notice that there are still pending tranasaction on it the first 3 transaction was on JAN that one consider old issue. As I checked with shu ern she want to confirm either this transaction has been by via standalone or not.; As I had conversation with Lee wei she claim that she did not perform standalone transaction
Need advise on this ticket

Hi @~Leewei , kindly help to check with the activity / steps during visit outlet for 10J82-PASARAYA TITAH (KULAI) SDN. BHD.-PERMAI (10J82) (TXMS7001064-240612).
steps from check in until check out.... Example: user perform multiple click on the button save due to loading too long.
As simulation: i cant replicate the issue, trial seems like no issue
