Latest try at production no issue.

Root cause:
Found 1 of the bug in Add Customer page which already fixed in previous version but not deploy production,
Solution:
Tested fine in production after redeploy the module on 12 June

customer creation not function - (as tested, currently trial is working fine. plan to move customer creation from trial to prod - But need help from Joe to verify this plan)

For create new customer issue, joe already test in production and got no issue anymore. He will verify with elaine regarding this
