Step to simulate the problem: call with user to understand, compared the closing and opening data by each year
Root cause: user enquiry - MCC
Current outcome: understand from user whole year 2021 do not user the application, hence the year 2021 closing will be carry forward to year 2022 as opening value. Advise user to adjust in year 2021. However, the year 2021 already audited.
