hi @~Michael Ooi as we checked from our side we notice outlet type is not set up. However, this customer already setup the customer type. only the outlet type is not setup. Let us know if you further assistance on this. thank you

SELECT outlet_type,customer_type,*

FROM customer where customer_type IS NULL AND org_id= 'TSH'
Hi arif as we check our side there are 204 customer the customer type is NULL,
if the user want to outlet type under edit module, it will show error since it is mandatory
therefore there is high possible user asked the list of customer that not have Customer type
(the outlet type is NOT mandatory)

I already add the selection for Outlet Type and manage to create new customer, thank you for the assistance
