Resolution:

1) Check the mobile db to know the data problem.
2) Found issue related to price check.
3) Escalate to level 3 (Shanyou).
4) Fix the upload sp.

Root cause: Issue with COALESCE,0).the coalesce function causing the convert to fail.

- Error seems come from price check data type.
- Already escalate to level 3 (shanyou).
- Shanyou said, got issue with the di insert sp, i manual fix in production and uploaded the data using their mobile db
- Issue with COALESCE,0).
- the coalesce function causing the convert to fail.
- He remove then ok already.
- But user side still cannot upload, error persist.
