Problems: user cannot search the product in Stock received

Hi, can you help me check why I cannot find my stock item at stock received
Stock issue, stock received, stock adjustment, stock transfer, stock take cannot find new added item ya
I just added new item cannot find in purchase section and stock section
Only can found in sales section

@~Charlie we received an escalate from company 'evest marketing', customer add the new stock item in page.
When come to add new stock received, the new stock item 'BWC' cannot appear. however, the new stock can appear in new invoice, new order...etc. just not in 'stock received' page.
May you advise any master settings that we/customer miss to fill in?
