1) Check the approval flow.
2) Check the user branch.
3) Check the van request approval history.

Hi Technical Team. For Van Goods Request Approval for SRB07 whose should be approve? SRB01 right? But this 2 days, the approval need SRB01 & SHA02. Why Ya?? Please assist urgently.

Based on checking, SRB07 was assigned to two branches, SRB and SHA. And there is approver for both branches.
