hi @~Ms.Sue , as we checked from our side, there is no activity has been been performed by end user recently since the expiry date was on 10-Oct-2023. Please check and verify from your side and let us know if you need further assist on this matter. Thank you.

As I checked in the user activity the expiry date for the vegan life trading PLT was 10 oct 2023, there was no activity was performed n that period of time.
