Description

also i found when PDF the file out the Title number is not in > See INV0015 have , Quotation , DO and other dont have

Ex: when export pdf the file name have the Number.
Invoice : INV00001
Quotation: SQ00001
Delivery Order : DO0001

I mean when export pdf it only file name Sale Quotation not like invoice. When Invoice export pdf it will save direct the INVXxx number

we checked this is the title number cannot be same at everytime, this is system generate.

this sales invoice INV00015 does not have sales quotation and delivery order.

is this invoice does not create the quotation and delivery order in system?

May you create from below steps
1. Sales Quotation,
2. Delivery Order (transfer from Sales Quotation),
3. Sales Invoice (transfer from Delivery Order)

Currently only sales invoice filename is followed by doc number

Hi Mr Chan, we have checked with developer on the filename does not have the related title name, they would like to remain the current things in system. Sorry for the inconvenience.
