Problems: user change the package from 1 to 3, but the CR in package 1, the remarks cannot bring forward to package 3.
Step to simulate the problem: inform leong to change in package 3
Root cause: user request - MCC
Current outcome: the package 3 is update, however for future this should be a charge.
Time spent on: understand user request and escalate to leong fix

Hi E365 support, would like to enquire you one question ya.

Previously on Luxe Loft Concept we have added the remark on the receipt payment with RM300.

May i know do the new package of Luxe Loft Concept entitled to this changes of receipt payment?

what is the new package, do you currently apply?
you said about the remarks in package 3 is not same to package 1?
or your worried there will be another charge if have the change in remarks?
