Description

hi, my accounts dept has raise up an issue, after they approved the Collection transaction in Datanory, and wait for more than 15 min, the few transaction didn't appear in mysoft. but after that, few hours later, then it appears, but my colleague they didnt aware actually it took how long to sync the data to Mysoft. so pls assist.

and another question, due to tmr is month end closing, and accounts dept worry that has approved collection didnt sync to Mysoft on the same day, they wish to know to trace back all the approved transaction have successfully sync to Mysoft?
