Hi Azhar, as checked, the issue happened at mobile backend code.

For this case, you need to escalate to Shu Ern, please create click up and tag as urgent.

For temporary workaround, i have discussed with technical team and Shu Ern.

Example :-

workaround:
user need to go to eod summary for previous date (if balance not tally on 19 april, then user need go to 18 april), open the eod summary, scroll until bottom and can see the button confirm, request user to click 'confirm', once user click 'confirm', application will automatically closed. user need to open the application again, and check the summary. stock balance should be tally already

This is due to the cancelled foc items did not update the actual inventory. Same issue happened to WWX and WWQ.

Why is the issue found out recently?
This is due to recent release to remove the recalculation of sales and return for the previous days when users open the app to ease the calculation due to conversion factor snapshot, and the removed recalculation was helped in rectify previous days' balance. Now, if the actual inventory quantity stored has issue, it will bring over to the next day's opening without recalculate.
