Sorry for late reply.

Seek for your assistant to import May route into Datanory (refer to the attached file), then I will kick start first text run by this week, if there have any issue & challenge will refer to you.

Btw, master user template will send you later once RSM reply me.

Dear Carmen,

I’ve received your route plan import for May. However, there’s 379 customers don’t have salesman code information. You may refer to below attachment for reference. We unable to proceed to import these 379 customers due to your customer could be serviced by more than 1 merchandiser. We’ll proceed to import for the rest 1552 customer first.

Please advise action to be taken for 379 customers without salesman code information.
