hi @~Leewei based on our simulation, we successfully replicated the activity and discovered that the images are visible. This leads us to suspect a potential network problem. We suggest requesting the salesmen to visit the specific outlet, upload the transactions, download them again, . Based from our testing thee minimum requirement for stable network 5Mbps. Further, since this is a repetitive issue. Please request user to run a speed test on the location that he perform full download. Do share with us speed test result for our analysis.at the moment, please ensure user have strong network during the download and perform re-download to resolve the missing photo in mobile issue. Let us know if you need further assistance on this. thank you.
