the real issue is

he already made txn 
in txn consist take photo

-- what have to ask the user

MAy we know specifically which photo module does salesman perform upload is it customer detail module or transaction module?

Rashdan this user already uploaded database But have not further check yet due to time contraint

@~Leewei Attached is photo listing which not yet upload by MS6. Can you verify the photo belong to which customer. We will try assist to recover these photo

[16:33, 23/04/2024] Rashdan Hussin: The reason why user see 0 photos available for upload is due to a recent app version update that addressed some issues related to photo uploads. When user updated his app version, it affected the availability of photos that were taken prior to the update but hadnt been uploaded yet.

However, the photos user took before the update are still stored in his mobile database, but the update might have caused them to become temporarily inaccessible for upload
