Resolution:
1) Do simulation to replicate the issue.
2) Found the issue only happen in mentioned outlet.

5) Fix folder not created due to multiple / in folder name

Description
- The problem when user try to upload photo in photo taking module, the photo disappear after user take the photo.
- It happen in GD/NSK. Other outlet seems no issue.
