Prima Asia raised an escalation regarding slow performance. After conducting my simulation, I checked the task manager, and it appears that the memory usage is normal at 80%. Despite this, the root cause of the issue could not be identified. This ticket has already been handed over to Arif for further investigation to determine the underlying cause.
