hi guys I able to replicate the issue pending upload issue
As I checked using the mobile data with the speed of Network speed 4.9-5.5mbps. I could not the image. once I click the image the photo is keep s loading.
when change to wifi ( with speed of 25-30 Mbps) I could see the image'
Based on my finding this is due to network speed is slow.
We have to request user to use high speed network to prevent this issue.

This ticket is
to do list where I have to got to customer detail mobile and should not do anything and click submit and try upload the photo and when it is success then check the upload again either the photo uploaded or not.
to replicate this issue the photo is virtually will be there where it will show the grey column instead of photo
