Resolution:

1) Ask user to upload database.
2) Restore database and do simulation.
3) Found no issue at our side. Sales order invoice able to saved.
4) Tech team ask to tell user to upgrade the apps version, v3.2.17.6

Description

- @~Datanory Support, my salesman facing issue from SO to Invoice. Need your assistance urgently.
- Customer Code: C06-P001
- Customer Name: PASARAYAYOUSAVESDNBHD
- Issue happen when salesman perform sales order.
- When salesman click Confirm invoice, 'Failed to save Sales Order' error appear.
