additional discount and promotion is pending deploy to production
As I test in the test server the value changes so since I confirm with shuern the status is pending to deploy and expected to deploy on Wednesday

The next deployment will be on MOnday since there are some there need to fix
The work around is
add 2 items in the then delete the previous items so that the discount will work or not
