Resolution:

1) Ask user to upload database.
2) Restore database and do simulation to search the products.
3) Found no issue to find all the products.

Root cause: Searching part not accurate.

no issue at our side, user's device and Louise's device still facing the same issue.

Planning:
1. collect data from user (Android Version)
2. if not supported android 14, then need advice from Technical team / Jann
