i am planning to delete all entries in one of my company profile in order to change to a different company name, however, this invoice doesnt allow me to delete it

may i know how should i deal with it

Hi @365 Principal Leong, user would like to delete this void invoice permanently in system. Refer from user would like to have a fresh start account.

Understand from user this account previously is for another company. Now wish to make it for new company.

May you assist to do delete this void invoice?

yes. i wanna delete everthing from previous account and use it as a fresh start for another company
