- They uninstalled the Mobile App and reinstalled it again
- after reinstalling all functions are back to normal.
- Ensure them to use the latest version of the apps.

- Morning @Louise MCC, need your assistance urgently about this issue.
My salesman unable to receive the van goods request after download as video above.
- Mobile app unable proceed Van Good Received, therefore can’t proceed further such as perform Sales Order for all customers as system show 0 stock balances.
