Resolution:

1) Provide them the list of their SKU with barcode.
2) Escalate to level 3 regarding the second barcode cannot be scanned issue.

Root cause: Second barcode cannot be scanned. Currently, datanory apps not support second barcode scan.

Description

- Hi @Louise MCC we found out that carton can be scan, unit barcode can’t be scan can assist to check on this TQ
- Rashdan also customer Nibou complain that all the unit barcode can't be scan, just now I try and check on the backend, some sku have two barcode, one can scan, another rone can't be scan, product not found
- Shows product not found

- 9555417700308. This is the barcode that they try to scan and resulted product not found.
- I didnt find this barcode in their sku.
- I only found that only this item, GCB NBIHL/GRASS-160G have 2 barcode
- Give them list of their products with barcode.
