NIBOU - photo report cannot be zoom and not clear
1) Check the photo in the transaction photo report.
2) Download and save the photo. Try to view and zoom in the photo.
3) The photo resolution is bad.
4) Dev team change and improve the resolution of the photo.
Root cause: Compression of the image.

Hi Rashdan, want to ask for Nibou, the admin complain the photo report cannot be zoom and not clear, this one is resolution prob of the device issues?

We compress the size and quality of the images to enhance overall performance, especially during processes such as uploading and downloading transactions.
To address this, we'll need to find a balance between maintaining performance and ensuring the quality of the reports.
Our goal is to avoid any low performance issues when generating and downloading the report.
