Description

HI Afiq,

Gentle Supreme has gone live since 1st Feb, will required support team to setup a daily backup for both UAT and PRD.
The database for UAT is gs_ttm_uat and for PRD will be gs_ttm_prd.

Dear Cris,

I want to reassure you that we have already implemented daily backups for both UAT and PRD databases in the local server and the host server. To provide you with further clarity, I have attached screenshots of daily backup records for both environments.

However, upon our review, we noticed that there is no provision for cloud backup due to the absence of a Microsoft account from the client's end. It's essential for us to have a Microsoft account to facilitate cloud backup effectively. Therefore, we kindly advise the client to set up a Microsoft account to ensure comprehensive backup strategies, which would enhance data security and disaster recovery measures.

Please let us know if there are any additional requirements or if further assistance is needed from our end.
