OROMEO - 3 report OOS, productivity and stock count got problem

Dear Louise,
Would like to feedback on all issue below:
1) SOS Report
• Find out all 3 transactions made by user 200019 are having SOS value 0. Therefor when report calculate the SOS %, it become 0/0 .hence error.
• Although the calculation is 0/0, the report should not show #Error. We have escalated to our developer to find the solution.
• Meanwhile if their SOS value is more than 0, the report can calculate correctly. Hence, it is not a showstopper, and the report can still show correct data for SOS value more than 0.
2) OOS Report
• Find out all 3 transactions made by user 200019 are having OSA and SOS value 0. Hence report show 0.
3) Merchandiser Monthly Productivity Report
• Find out that some configuration for report closing date was missing. We have added from trial and now the productivity report can show accordingly :

4) Stock Count Summary Report
• Find out there is member type logic and has removed it to solve the issue. May check and verify.
