Is the image given was scanned from physical DO? If yes, they might need to check the printer settings or browser printing settings.
Anyway, we found no issue on the PDF that created directly by the system.

bricomp jaya marble
granite sdn bhd
These 3 customers have issue on download pdf. the printing margin is not centre when they print out.
May you help us to further check on these?
