In the past few months, Prima Asia has been actively managing their sales operations, promotions, and addressing staff turnover. Nevertheless, after consistent follow-up, they have ultimately made the decision to proceed with the implementation of Datanory.
1. Do you mind clarifying status for Prima Asia Integration with their SQL Accounting System?
2. I received feedback from Prima Asia regarding their Customer and SKU Master List in Datanory is not tally with their SQL Accounting System. Please backup database and rerun the integration, ensuring their Master Customer and SKU is align with SQL Accounting.
3. You may refer to below attachment regarding Prima Asia SQL Accounting Integration flow.
Please let me know if you require any additional assistance especially if need to remote access their server and testing purposes.
