Nibou - Request for checking on issues for Nibou and TSH
Hi Louise,
Would like to feedback on TSH issues below :
1) For TSH web, admin unable to create the reason for the warehouse goods transfer which the reason is mandatory field for admin to fill in.
• The warehouse goods transfer reason has been added and appeared in the portal.
2) For TSH web, error will appear when performing the van goods request approval.
• Find out the issue is due to no available quantity in the warehouse. Therefore, customer need to perform warehouse goods transfer in to ensure their stock is available.
• Further, also noticed that TSH manage to approved the mentioned van request in web portal.
3) For TSH mobile, some outlet will show uploaded after download even if no transaction is perform on today.
• Noticed that TSH were using old datanory mobile apps version. The issue has been resolved in the latest app version. Kindly send the latest trial apps to TSH.

Based on our previous conversation, kindly assists to check:
1) For Nibou, the user Justin after login to the backend web unable to perform route planning for his own route and the route plan import dosen’t allow him to import any route plan.
2) For TSH web, admin unable to create the reason for the warehouse goods transfer which the reason is mandatory field for admin to fill in.
3) For TSH web, error will appear when performing the van goods request approval.
4) For TSH mobile, some outlet will show uploaded after download even if no transaction is perform on today.

Hi Louise,
For Nibou issue no 1 : User Justin after login to the backend web unable to perform route planning for his own route and the route plan import doesn’t allow him to import any route plan.
We found out that Justin branch did not have any customer, therefore he will not be able to view any data in the route planning page. Further, please note that current route planning is filtered by User branch and no other filtering. Hence, if he has access to all the branch means he will be able to view and edit other users’ route on that branch as well.
Therefore, we intended and suggest to reserve this feature for Supervisor use only since they can view/edit other user route. Unless customer did not have any PNC on viewing other user route, then they can maintain Justin and add other branch relation to Justin.
