The direction doesn’t direct to the address, even visited last week, checked in, checked out, but still doesn’t reflect to the real location

Real location need to key in most of the customer we just maintained as 0. Because we never maintained it. Let me try update it for you and see.

MCC is there a way for us to just update the location by capturing the Salesman location to the customer. Or need to update manually at the Customer level?

yes, need to update at customer level
another way to update the customer location is salesman using mobile app to update, follow the step in this video

do the update at customer location, remember to press 'submit' when done edit, the data will save inside the mobile, and using upload in mobile to upload the customer data
the changes will auto update the master data
